We cover all utilities except electric which is the tenants responsibility. All appliances are provided and a coin-operated washer/dryer is available in the basement. We take care of all property maintenance including yard mowing in the summer and driveway plowing in the winter. If you commute the apartment sits on a quiet side street of of Route 20 and you can reach I-90 in ten to fifteen minutes.
