This building features two one bedroom apartments. They are situated on a quiet wooded lot set back from the street and featuring plentiful off-street parking. The apartment features wall to wall carpeting except in the kitchen where you will find wood flooring. There is a coat closet when you walk in and two closets in the bedroom.
We cover all utilities except electric which is the tenants responsibility. All appliances are provided and a coin-operated washer/dryer is available in the basement. We take care of all property maintenance including yard mowing in the summer and driveway plowing in the winter. If you commute the apartment sits on a quiet side street of of Route 20 and you can reach I-90 interchange in Hampshire in ten to fifteen minutes.
